Equipment owner
The equipment owner confirms the tag, reader, antenna, mounting, power and replacement choices against the physical environment.

Integration owner
The integration owner defines the event contract, authentication, retries, system mapping and responsibility for rejected or delayed events.

Delivery and support owner
The delivery owner coordinates the pilot, training, acceptance record and handover. The support owner maintains the configuration baseline and the route for future issues.
06 / FIELD NOTE
Acceptance and change owner
Name who approves the tested result and who must review a site, item, workflow, software or configuration change. A role map is incomplete when nobody owns re-acceptance.
