Privacy notice.

This notice covers the rfidbridge.com website and the enquiries it produces. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.

LEGAL / DOCUMENT 10 SECTIONS Disclosure, data protection and the terms this site is published under.

01 / LEGAL

This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers

There is no cookie banner on this site because there are no cookies to consent to. The site sets none, and it loads no analytics, no advertising technology, no social plug-ins and no third-party embeds. Pages are plain static HTML and CSS with a small amount of first-party JavaScript, all served from our own domain.

  • No analytics or behavioural measurement of any kind.
  • No advertising, retargeting or pixel technology.
  • No third-party fonts, scripts, frames or embedded media.
  • The Solution Finder and ROI Calculator run entirely in your browser. Their inputs are not transmitted, and they are not stored after you leave the page.
A twenty-second visit to read a product page leaves nothing on your device and produces no record on ours beyond what our hosting provider keeps as a standard security and delivery log.

02 / LEGAL

What we collect, and only when you send it

The only personal data this website collects is what you type into an enquiry form and choose to submit. If you never submit a form, we receive no personal data about you.

  • Identity and contact: your name, company, work email, optional telephone number, and country or region.
  • Project context: what you are identifying, the material, quantity, target read distance and speed, the reader format you expect to need, your existing system, your target timing and the support you need.
  • Your message, and the path of the page the form was submitted from.
  • Technical: the time of submission and your browser user-agent string, recorded with the enquiry for security and troubleshooting.
We do not ask for and do not want special-category data, payment card details or government identifiers through this website. Please do not send them through the form.

03 / LEGAL

Why we hold it, and on what basis

  • To answer your enquiry, recommend a test or configuration, and quote — necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
  • To perform a contract once an order exists — delivery, configuration, support and warranty administration.
  • To keep business records and comply with tax, accounting and export-control obligations — legal obligation.
  • To protect the site and the enquiry channel from abuse and fraud — legitimate interests.
We do not use your enquiry data for marketing to unrelated parties, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not send a newsletter you did not ask for.

04 / LEGAL

How long we keep it

  • An enquiry that does not become a project is kept while there is a live commercial conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that a returning enquiry is not a cold start.
  • A record connected to an order is kept for the period required by applicable accounting, tax and export-control rules after the transaction closes.
  • A warranty or service record is kept for as long as the equipment it describes may need support.
You can ask us to delete an enquiry that has no contractual or statutory hold on it, and we will.

05 / LEGAL

Who processes it

  • Our hosting and content delivery provider, which serves this static site and its enquiry endpoint.
  • Our customer relationship and email systems, which receive and store the enquiry so it can be answered and tracked.
  • Professional advisers and authorities where a legal obligation or a specific claim requires disclosure.
Each processor acts on our instructions under a contract that requires confidentiality and appropriate security. We do not authorise any of them to use your data for their own purposes.

06 / LEGAL

International transfers

We operate from China and correspond with customers worldwide, so an enquiry may be processed outside your country. Where a transfer is subject to restrictions, we rely on the appropriate safeguards available for that transfer and will tell you which apply if you ask.

07 / LEGAL

Your rights

  • Access — ask what we hold about you and receive a copy.
  • Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete data with no contractual or statutory hold.
  • Restriction and objection — ask us to limit or stop a particular use.
  • Portability — receive the data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable form.
  • Withdraw consent — where a processing activity rests on consent, withdraw it at any time.
  • Complain — raise it with your local supervisory authority if you are in a jurisdiction that provides one.
Send any of these to [email protected] with enough detail for us to find the record. We will confirm receipt and tell you what happens next.

08 / LEGAL

Security

This site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy, and the enquiry endpoint validates and allowlists every field before it forwards anything. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who answer enquiries and support orders.

No system is perfect. If you believe a message or an account of yours has been compromised in connection with us, tell us immediately so we can act.

09 / LEGAL

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

This notice was last reviewed on 2026-09-14. If our processing changes — for example if we ever add a measurement tool — we will update this notice and, where the change affects you, say so clearly rather than quietly.
