Deployment is a controlled change to a physical and digital workflow. Move through preparation, pilot, acceptance and handover in visible steps.
01 / FIELD NOTE
Prepare the site
Confirm the item list, tag placement, reader points, network and power conditions, mounting constraints, system owner and operator participants.
02 / FIELD NOTE
Freeze the pilot question
Write the movement, event, exception, acceptance evidence and change boundary that the pilot must answer. Avoid treating a demonstration or a single successful pass as deployment approval.
03 / FIELD NOTE
Run a representative pilot
Use real materials and normal movement patterns. Record successful events, missed reads, false reads, operator actions and system responses.
04 / FIELD NOTE
Connect the operating handoff
Verify the normalized event, downstream response, retry behavior, permissions, support owner and recovery path before expanding beyond the pilot area.
05 / FIELD NOTE
Train and accept
Teach the daily action and the exception path, then capture acceptance against the agreed target. A demonstration without operator use is not a deployment test.
06 / FIELD NOTE
Scale with control
Carry the approved configuration baseline, training record, support route and change process to the next area or site. Re-test when the physical or business conditions change.
Bring your material, movement, target read and system context to a sample or quote request.
