A partner programme for teams that deliver RFID, not just resell it.

We work with organisations that already own a customer relationship and need RFID to be one competent part of it. This page states the structure, the obligations and the limits honestly.

PARTNERS / PROGRAMMETHREE MODELSReferral, reseller and solution partner. Terms live in a written agreement, not on this page.

01 / WHO IT IS FOR

You already own
the relationship.

The programme is not designed for parties whose only contribution is a purchase order and a margin. We would rather support a smaller number of partners who can hold a technical conversation.

01

System integrators

Adding auto-ID to an existing warehouse, manufacturing, retail or healthcare practice, with a customer already asking for it.

02

Value-added resellers

Holding a hardware or mobility portfolio, with technical staff who handle first-line configuration and support themselves.

03

Managed service providers

Supporting customer infrastructure day to day and being asked for asset, inventory or equipment visibility on top of it.

04

Consultants and designers

Specifying the workflow and the read zone, and needing a supply and validation counterpart behind the recommendation.

05

Software vendors

Whose platform needs a hardware, tag and read-zone counterpart before it can be deployed in a physical operation.

02 / THREE MODELS

Who holds the customer,
who carries the risk.

MODEL

Referral

Best when You know the customer and the problem, and you do not want to deliver hardware.

  • You introduce the opportunity and stay in your own role.
  • We run the technical and commercial process with the customer.
  • Your introduction is acknowledged, and the terms of that acknowledgement are stated in the agreement.
  • The customer relationship stays with whoever owns it — we do not use an introduction as a route to go around you.
MODEL

Reseller

Best when You hold the customer, the invoice and the first-line relationship.

  • You buy and resell, and you invoice your customer.
  • We supply equipment, configuration support and the technical escalation path behind you.
  • Pre-sales support is available to you before the deal closes, not only after it is won.
  • We do not approach your registered customer directly for the same scope.
MODEL

Solution partner

Best when You design and deliver the workflow, and need a supply and validation counterpart.

  • You own the solution design, the integration and the customer relationship.
  • We support sample testing, proof-of-concept design and joint acceptance criteria.
  • Documentation is produced so that you can put your own name on it.
  • Technical escalation reaches a named person rather than a queue.
Margins, territory, deal registration and exclusivity are agreed in a written partner agreement. They are not published here because they are negotiated per partner and per market.

03 / WHAT WE BRING

Support that exists
before the deal closes.

Portfolio access

Readers, tags, labels, antennas, portals, printers and middleware — with the model and radio variant confirmed for the destination market, not assumed from a catalogue.

Pre-sales technical support

Item and surface review, tag selection, read-zone design and integration-event mapping, available before the opportunity is won.

Validation support

Sample and proof-of-concept work, so you can show your customer evidence instead of asking them to commit on a specification.

Documentation you can reuse

Configuration baselines, read-zone acceptance criteria and test records, written to be handed to an end customer under your brand.

A named escalation path

A person, not a portal, for live deployments — including spares and long-term availability planning before a failure forces the question.

Conformity documentation

Certification and conformity evidence for the model, variant and market actually shipped, with the fields that make it checkable.

04 / WHAT WE EXPECT

A two-way
obligation.

These are not conditions of applying. They are what makes the relationship work once it exists, and stating them early saves both sides a difficult conversation later.

  • A named technical contact who can describe the item, the environment and the system event without translation.
  • Ownership of first-line support for the customer you hold. We back you up; we do not replace you.
  • Honest reporting of what worked and what did not. A partner who reports a failure accurately is more useful than one who reports only wins.
  • Respect for the certification and radio-region boundary. We will not support shipping a variant into a market it is not approved for.
  • A conversation before a commitment. We would rather scope a small first project properly than sign a large one blind.
We do not provide marketing funds, exclusive territories or volume commitments as a starting position. Those are earned over a track record and then written into the agreement.

05 / WHAT IS NOT PROMISED

An honest programme
states its limits.

  • Acceptance. Applying does not create a partner relationship, and we decline applications where the technical overlap is not there.
  • Exclusivity or a territory. Those are earned over a track record and then written into an agreement.
  • A published margin, price tier or volume allocation. These are negotiated per partner and per market; publishing a number we then vary would be worse than publishing none.
  • Marketing funds or co-op budget as a starting position.
  • Volume commitments from us. We commit to support levels, not to demand.

Nothing on this page is an offer capable of acceptance. Partner terms exist only in a signed partner agreement.

06 / HOW ONBOARDING RUNS

Five steps to a
first joint opportunity.

Applications are reviewed by the team that would actually support you. If the fit is not there, we will say so and, where we can, point you somewhere more useful.

01

Application

Tell us your company, your markets, the RFID work you already do or intend to do, and the capability you have in house.

02

First conversation

Establish which engagement model fits and whether the technical overlap is real on both sides.

03

Technical alignment

Portfolio areas, the validation process and the escalation route — tested against a real opportunity where one exists.

04

Written agreement

Model, territory, commercial terms, support obligations, data handling and how either side exits.

05

First joint opportunity

Our pre-sales support works alongside your team, not behind it, on the first deal.

RFIDBRIDGE / PARTNERS

Bring a real
opportunity.

A first conversation is more useful with a live customer situation attached than with a company profile. Both are welcome; one moves faster.
